Josh Emmons has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 25 years. He has held his Mortgage Loan Originator License since 1997 and prides himself on educating clients to help them find the right loan to meet their financial goals. Josh has assisted countless homebuyers over the years while providing excellent customer service as well as the knowledge and guidance that his customers deserve.
Josh has a strong passion for helping families with all of their mortgage needs, and as a highly experienced loan officer, he has the knowledge and expertise to explore the many financing options available in today’s market. Josh follows a “Do what is best for the customer” attitude which is recognized by all his past and current clients alike.
Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and son while coaching baseball, surfing, and being outdoors. He also has a Yellow Labrador named Bo which is always at his side.
